This policy explains what personal information Engrave Me Now collects when you use this website, place an order or book an appointment, why we collect it, and who it is shared with.

• Contact details — name, email address and phone number, so we can confirm your order and reach you about it.
• Addresses — a shipping address when your item is shipped back, a recipient address if you send it to someone else, and a billing address where one is needed to calculate sales tax.
• Order and appointment details — the item, your engraving text and engraving instructions, your chosen appointment date and time, and any photos you upload.
• Account details — if you create an account, your sign-in email and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in a readable form.
• Business details — when you create a wholesale account, your business name and any business information you provide.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, PayPal, and other payment providers displayed at checkout. Your card number, expiry date and security code — or your wallet or account credentials, depending on the method you choose — are entered directly into the provider's own systems and are handled under their privacy policies.

Engrave Me Now does not receive, process or store your full payment details, and they never touch this website's systems. What we keep is limited to the provider's payment reference, the amount, and whether the payment succeeded — enough to match a payment to your order and to handle refunds or disputes.

Cookies. A cookie is a small file this site asks your browser to keep. We use them only for things the site cannot work without: keeping you signed in between pages, remembering what is in your cart, and completing a password reset. These are set by us, not by an advertiser.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics that follow you across other websites. Blocking essential cookies in your browser will stop you staying signed in and will prevent checkout from completing.

We also record technical error reports to diagnose faults and maintain service reliability.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share or rent it to advertisers. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.

We do use service providers to run the business — for payment processing, website hosting, email and SMS delivery, shipping, analytics and related technical services. They receive only what they need to perform that service for us, and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. The providers currently in use are:

• Stripe, PayPal and the other payment providers shown at checkout — payment processing and sales tax calculation.
• Supabase — secure database and file storage for your account, orders and uploaded photos.
• Resend — sending order confirmation and status emails.
• Twilio — sending order status text messages, where used.
• Sentry — technical error reporting.
• Vercel and Upstash — website hosting and abuse prevention.
• Google Maps Platform — address autocomplete, when you type an address at checkout.

We do not currently use any third-party advertising or web-analytics service. If that changes, this list is updated before the service goes live.

We may also disclose information where required by law, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

Reference photos are stored in private storage and are readable only by you and by our staff. They are used to guide lettering, placement and style for your order. We do not engrave photographs of people or pets, and we do not publish your photos without asking you first.

We keep order records for as long as needed to provide the service, handle any follow-up or dispute, and meet accounting and tax obligations. Cart contents and in-progress forms are short-lived. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. Your data is access-controlled so that you can see your own orders and no one else's, and payment details never touch our systems. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

You can contact us at any time about your personal information or your account. Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct something that is wrong, or ask us to delete your account and its data. Call or text 718-885-7768, or email engravemenow@gmail.com. Order confirmations and status updates are service messages tied to a specific order rather than marketing, so they are sent for as long as an order is active.

This service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised, and this page is always the current version — it replaces any earlier copy of our privacy policy, wherever you may have seen one.
